Our MaRS workshop: “21st Century Funding Models for Urban Startups “ will be hosted by Jon Worren, Entrepreneur in Residence at MaRS and Carlos Pinto Lobo, Chief Compliance Officer (SVX) at MaRS.

Registration for the workshop is now open and closes at midnight tonight!

The workshop features two segments: “Who’s your capital?: Impact investing and Startups” and “Funding from the Crowd: Pre-sales and equity”.  Learn about the capital raise process from crowdfunding through to private investment platforms such as the SVX!

Startups will walk away with an action plan on how to prepare to raise capital and how to find the best strategy for them!
