A software architect by training, Tim Masson is responsible for operations at The Ian Martin Group, North America’s only 100M+ B Corp Certified recruitment & project staffing firm. Tim has a passion for building teams of people connected around a shared purpose. His interest in social advocacy has led him to teach literacy in the city of Toronto and serve in developing youth leadership programs.

Founded in 1957, the Ian Martin Group includes technical recruitment divisions IML, IMT and IMIT – experts in Engineering, Telecom and IT respectively. The 500 Staffing is best understood as ‘not so’ General Staffing. The newest division, Granary, connects business leaders who are driving positive net impacts through their work.  Ian Martin’s purpose is to: “build authentic connections around meaningful work.”
