Working with large, medium and small businesses and organizations, James has gained considerable experience and knowledge regarding the advancement of sustainability in our modern-day economy. From this perspective, he can see an emerging marketplace and professional sphere on the tipping point of critical mass.

To that end, James has founded Beausoleil Sustainability Solutions and undertook to launch the networking / peer-to-peer level dialogue group, SPRiNG (Sustainability Professionals Resource & Networking Group) in Toronto, Canada.

James considers himself a pragmatic environmentalist, young professional, volunteer, entrepreneur and aspiring sustainability catalyst. He obtained his Bachelors of Environmental Studies (B.E.S.) in Honours Environment & Resource Studies (minoring in Peace and Conflict Studies) from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
