Tania established and leads KPMG’s Community Leader strategy. One of the four pillars of KPMG’s business strategy, it focuses the firm’s resources and knowledge to drive social change and sustainability. Tania is a Chartered Accountant, and completed her MBA at the University of Toronto.

Tania is the Inaugural Visiting Executive at The Queen’s School of Business - Centre for Responsible Leadership, and Co-Academic Director of a new Social Innovation Programme to be offered by the Centre.
