Benjamin is an associate with the MaRS Centre for Impact Investing. He has co-led the creation and advancement of the Social Finance Awards, and is supporting the development of the Centre’s online Knowledge Hub.

A 2011 Weston Loran Scholar, Benjamin is pursuing a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo. He is currently studying such topics as design thinking, complex adaptive systems, and metacognitive models of learning.

An avid traveler, Benjamin has spent time working and living with communities in Bolivia, Colombia, Portugal and Ecuador.
