Viola Dessanti is the Senior Policy and Research Analyst at OTF. After working for the United Nations in Ecuador and Croatia, Viola decided to focus on local community building and to make Toronto her home. Through her work in the Policy, Research and Evaluation department at OTF and her volunteer work, she leverages her knowledge and experience in public policy, research and community building to make change and get things done.

Viola has an undergraduate degree in European Social and Political Studies from UCL and a master’s in Public Policy from the University of Toronto, where she coordinated the Public Good Initiative, a group of pro-bono student consultants for the non-profit sector in Canada.
