Mujir Muneeruddin is a partner practising Corporate & Securities Law at Abrahams LLP, a law firm focused on entrepreneurs.

His experience includes acting for both public and private companies in connection with raising funds and mergers & acquisitions. Mujir also has a strong grasp of Islamic finance and banking principles. Prior to joining Abrahams LLP as a partner, he worked with a full service law firm in downtown Toronto.

Mujir is a graduate of Queen’s University Faculty of Law, holding both a professional law degree (J.D.) and a masters of law (LL.M.) specializing in Securities Law. He also holds a diploma in Islamic Finance.
