Ashley Hamilton is the Founder and Principal of Ashley Hamilton Consulting, a responsible investment consulting firm that helps investors transform from passive stockholders to effective corporate accountability advocates.  She has worked with Canada’s leading responsible investors, managed complex shareholder dialogues, and spoken at a number of industry conferences and events.

Ashley developed her skills as a shareholder engagement specialist at the Shareholder Association for Research and Education (SHARE), where she led the organization’s social research and engagement program.  Previous to that, Ashley was a research associate at the Liu Institute for Global Issues where her research was focused on global environmental policy, corporate social responsibility and consumerism.  She currently serves on the Employer Recognition Committee of the Vancouver Living Wage Campaign.
