Azim is currently a Senior Associate in Deloitte’s Performance Enhancement Advisory practice in Toronto, which serves to help clients respond to urgent transactionsand complex situations. His work has largely been focused on advising public sector clients such as government ministries, crown corporations, and not-for-profit foundations in areas relating to financial and commercial due diligence and market analysis in Canada and abroad.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Azim worked in the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group for a global professional services firm. A Chartered Accountant candidate with expected qualification in Summer 2012, Azim completed his BBA at the Schulich School of Business at York University where he was actively involved on campus and served as President of the York Investment Club.

Azim is also the Executive Director of United for Service, a registered not-for-profit in California established to understand and improve the conditions of citizens in developing countries and to instill a sense of social responsibility and activism among young adults in North America. Through his work, he has volunteered abroad
in India and Morocco and has extensive personal travel experience across the Middle East.
