Colleen Gross Ebinger is founder and CEO of Impact Strategies Group, a strategy and consulting firm specializing in sustainable revenue, cross-sector collaboration, and strategic communications with a particular emphasis on public policy messaging. A sampling of current and past clients includes the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Minnesota Department of Health, Carmen Pampa Fund, Youth Express, Louisiana Office of Social Entrepreneurship, and the New Mexico Center for Philanthropic Partnerships. She also serves as the contract executive director for the Social Enterprise Alliance – Twin Cities.

A frequent speaker at events and conferences across the country, Colleen also writes about the intersection of politics, policy, and social innovation. She has expertise in education policy, early childhood development, public policy related to undocumented immigrants, local economic development, philanthropy, public-private partnerships, social finance, and social enterprise. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, attending on a full-tuition Reynolds Fellowship in Social Entrepreneurship. Colleen is a proud Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Honduras) and a partner with Social Venture Partners Minnesota.
