Erin Poeta graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2010 with an Honours Business Administration degree and a certificate of Global Leadership.

Erin began her career managing the introduction of environmental protection technologies for a Canadian manufacturer in the Dominican Republic and Guelph, Ontario. She later pursued a career in management consulting within the healthcare sector, taking her to various destinations across North America.
