Hadley Nelles works with the Social Innovation Partnerships team at Housing Services Corporation (HSC) http://www.hscorp.ca HSC b.elieves that the sustainability of social housing in Canada depends on investments that address the needs of residents and communities, as well as the physical asset. As the Manager, Innovation & Partnerships, Hadley helps manage several projects including the School for Social Entrepreneurs – Ontario (http://www.sseontario.org).

In addition to incubating projects like the School, HSC is also helping build capacity within the social housing sector around the opportunities of social innovation, social finance and social enterprise.

Previously, Hadley worked at SiG@MaRS as well as for the Federal Government in Ottawa. She is an executive member on the Ontario Council for International Cooperation’s Board of Directors and a Fellow of the Partnership Brokers Association. She feels passionately about the role of partnerships in transformational change and is excited by the growing interest across sectors in pursuing authentic collaboration. Hadley holds a BAH from Queen’s University in Global Development Studies and an MA in International Relations from McMaster University.
