Heather Crosbie is a principal in Innovaction Consulting Inc.  She provides strategic planning, mentoring and capacity building to social enterprises, whether non-profit or for-profit,  who have survived the start-up stage and are ready to scale up or optimize their enterprises.  Heather’s career positions her to be able uniquely to bridge the for-profit and non-profit sectors.  In 1986 she founded her own social enterprise, Keystone Products for Independent Living, a catalogue company selling home health-care products.

As Canadian President of Travel CUTS, she helped to lead a large Canadian social purpose business success story founded by a non-profit association of Canadian post-secondary students in 1974.

Heather has an MBA from The Richard Ivy School of Business and an undergraduate degree in psychology from McGill University.
