Luke Shankland is EFL’s Account Manager for Africa. Luke worked in logistics and project management in the extractive industries and as a field coordinator with Doctors Without Borders in Nigeria, Chad-Sudan, C.A.R. and Pakistan.

He has managed teams of up to 250 people in fast-moving and challenging contexts and likes using using his organizing skills and strategic insights to bring new and innovative solutions to emerging markets.

Luke has a B.A in Philosophy and Mathematics from McGill University and an iMBA in emerging market finance and strategy from the Schulich School of Business.
