Director, Resource Development and Government Relations
Tina Crouse is the Director (national office) of Resource Development and Government Relations at IL Canada. Independent Living Canada/Vie autonome Canada is a national, bilingual, cross-disability organization that provides services to 250,000 people and their families.
Tina is also an award-winning proposal writer and guest lecturer for UNBC. Formerly a Strategist with Thornbury Communications, she has over 20 years’ experience in fundraising and communications in the non-profit sector. Her new interest is in social venture capital and the development of social enterprises. She is very keen to create a Canadian Social Enterprise Bond as a new funding source for non-profits to get started in the area of earned revenue. Tina specializes in digital radio communications and owns the radio station SoFineRadio (SFR). She is also the host of So Fine Canada, the Hear >See > Click of social finance in the country.
