William Luke is currently completing his Canadian legal qualifications at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He is interested in how law shapes and directs international financial transactions, trade, and business particularly with regard to emerging market jurisdictions.

William most recently served as an intern at the International Law Institute - African Center for Legal Excellence (ILI-ACLE), in Kampala, Uganda.

He has an LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law from Durham University in England, an LL.B from the University of Leicester in England, and a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University. Originally, from Halifax, Nova Scotia, William has visited over 22 countries.
