The Social Innovation Research Group - Taiwan (SIRG) is pleased to announce the release of its White Papers from Pathways and Barriers to Social Enterprise Development, its inaugural symposium on social enterprise.
I found that the Rockefeller East and Southeast Asia Impact Investing Forum managed to frame and address two core challenges faced by new social entrepreneurs in the Asian market: limited early stage investment and an ecosystem that is only just beginning to coalesce.
The Social Innovation Research Group (SIRG) is a Taiwan based think tank studying how and why social innovation entities succeed or fail. To understand the trajectory of social innovation, we’re interviewing organizations, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to develop a series of social innovation case studies. We will then analyze these studies to identify common factors influencing achievement and which models of innovation work in particular contexts.
