Jerome currently works for United Way’s Toronto Enterprise Fund. In this position he supports social purpose enterprises through their various growth stages. He has been able to combine his back-ground in the investment industry with a sound knowledge of non-profits to work towards creating impact in the social enterprise sector.

As a consultant he has assisted the leadership teams of non-profit organisations with the development of revenue generating business models and strategies. These consulting engagements in countries as disparate as Namibia and Canada have provided him with the insight to understand the unique challenges faced by these enterprises as they seek funding, grapple with capacity and ultimately achieve success.

Jerome’s qualifications include an MBA and an Economics degree. He has conducted research on many finance related subjects including private equity, finance for small businesses, a country investment analysis and renewable energy.
